The 2 Year Advanced Replacement Warranty (covers hardware) goes into effect the date of purchase. Should the unit malfunction or break, Recorders.com will transmit an Etag or electronic FEDEX shipping tag via Email. This electronic communication may be used as an official FEDEX shipping label. The malfunctioning unit will be shipped back to Recorders.com (no freight expense to our client) and replaced with a new unit.

The product will be replaced with the same product model by the same manufacturer. If the model has been discontinued, Recorders.com will replace the faulty product with the "new and improved" (i.e. it may have more features) model.

  • I won?t miss having to FedEx tapes. Now we automatically send our files to transaction directly from our laptops, the process is faster and more organized. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to learn, the Recorders team set us up and we were automated in less than 2 days. Needless to say we are very pleased with our decision to convert to a professional digital system.

  • I like the the toggle slide operation, it is what we are used to working with already. We had been using a tape based system for years and were reluctant to make a change.
