  • I am VERY VERY happy with Recorders.com I initially purchased Dragon directly from Nuance and I had a miserable time with their tech support and customer service. They were truly horrible. I finally was able to return it and I gave up on Dragon until I found Recorders.com. I purchased it from Recorders.com and was extremely pleased with their customer service and tech support.   • 8 out of 10 Dragon Medical Version 9 was more accurate somehow. Greatly decreases transcription times and allows me to produce letters about as fast as I can dictate. Excellent service. I've used dictation and voice recognition products for years and have ordered from a few online suppliers. I have only ordered through you a couple of times but now go to your site first.
