Philips Standard Warranty Philips Speech Processing North America (“PSP-NA”), warrants each unit of office dictating product sold by it under the Philips trademark to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase from an authorized source.
Prior to contacting PSP-NA or the person from whom the products were purchased, please read the instruction manual carefully. Additionally, for battery operated product, make sure that the
batteries are not discharged or installed incorrectly.
In the event the products purchased show defects in material or workmanship within one year after the date of original purchase, the purchaser must promptly notify the place or person from
whom the products were purchased and take or ship the products to such place or person,making sure to include a copy of the sales slip as proof of the purchase date. Products returned
by mail or common carrier should be insured against loss or damage, since such loss or damage is not covered by the PSPNA warranty.
