Default Olympus-DS 3300 Folder A

Hello All:

The instructions given by Bemobile seems to be working, but there is some problem.

I dictated 10 files on the dictaphone. As soon as I dock the dictaphone, the DSS player application opens up and files get transferred to folder A (download tray). I see a message, Download completed, the recorder device can be safely unplugged from the PC. Original files from the recorder get deleted. Subsequently, all files get transferred to the assigned FTP account.

When I dictated 10 new files on a dictaphone and connected to the PC, along with these new files, I still see the old 10 files in the Folder A (download tray) that are successfully transferred to the FTP.

Why does older files are seen in the folder A (download tray)? I believe that as older files are already transferred to the FTP, we should be able to only new files in the download tray (folder A).

Thanks

Have you first verified that the files have indeed been uploaded to the FTP site you configured in the Olympus DSS Player Pro software by clicking on the Sent Items folder?

Also, what version of the Olympus DSS Player Pro software do you have?
