Connect the Olympus DS-3300 to the PC using the USB cable.

1) Launch the DSS Player Pro Software: Click "Start" Click "All Programs" Select ""Olympus DSS Player Pro" Click "Dictation Module"

2) From the main menu Click "Download" menu Click "Create & Send Job Data"

3) Enter a user ID in the "Author ID" field.

Note:
You may enter up to 10 different names to be transfered to the recorder.

4) Click the "Transfer" button to transfer the new ID to the recorder.

Note:
From the "Create & Send Job Data" window you may also set up to 10 "Work Types"
